Very, very awesome. Loved how Aizen, in his own way, was still looking out for Il Forte, and Grimmjaw being a jackass but not nearly as bad as he could be. Edits... well, you spelled Arrankar wrong here:

and the other Arrakar simply laughs at him and tells him that even though it proves nothing

And didn't capitalize here:
