pero-nyan, i have so many ~feelings~ that i just can't put into words right now, so i may not make any sense. shige's resentment is canon and his whole mindset through the writing process is just amazing, i think we can all relate with him a little bit about getting the always-good feedback from koyama and the actual critique from tegoshi, but most of all i love how he gradually came to accept what was happening through his writing. fic therapy, lol

LOL I hadn't been expecting to write NEWS for yuletide or to get a request that wanted to deal with real events, especially since I'd been avoiding this topic like the plague, but it looked like destiny decided I was on a collision course with all my FEELINGS. I'm just glad it seemed to work out!

I missed your NEWS ficcing stories,you know, but any time to write them, I can only be content, because you get their dynamics so well, even this changing times.
Loved your Shige-sensei and how his bandmates support him and help him to see things through.

It might be a long time until I'll be able to read Shige's novel because it might take a while to be translated and my japanese is really really basic, but maybe that time, I'll be thinking of this version.

Hi! Not really a new reader, but the first time I actually pluck up the courage to comment. ♥

Now where do I begin??? I really had no idea I wanted to read something like this until I read your fic. Really good, but then again, you're one of my favorite News writer, so I'm not really surprised. I love love how Shige was all kinds of resentment at first, but how he slowly started to accept what was going by writing. It's probably something a lot of us can relate to. And Koyama, bless him, being all worried about Shige and telling Yamapi and Yamapi treating Ryo, just asdgjlkfd. And Ryo the chinchilla!! Why can I picture that so clearly?! And Massu being all blunt and in your face was just ♥

And ofc, Tegoshi<33 not to sound too bias, but I've always loved the way you write him. And everything about him in this fic is exactly how I imagined him to be. His optimistic and positive-thinking. Just, Tegoshi in this fic was love<333 Also, this:

Hello! Not gonna lie, I have no idea what "Pink and Grey" is truly about other than a little blurb, but I actually imagined it to be AU TegoShige fan fic. Heheheh. No matter what Shige says, I think he cares too much and too deeply about the people in his life to not at least base his work off of them. And, pink is Tesshi's color, right? And Shige can be grey 'cuz he's the calm, kinda pessimistic Grampa, yeah? Heheheh- two friends in the entertainment industry together (like TegoShige at the beginning of NEWS) but then one taking off (Tego) while the other (Shige) doesn't do as much. It couldn't be KoyaShige 'cuz Koyama didn't really take off much either. And, I don't think Koyama (though Shige obviously loves him dearly) inspires Shige like Tegoshi does. Heheheh. Sorry. AAAAAAAAANYway!
Yey, you're writing NEWS again! I love that. Thank you! You always write wonderfully and must imagine the lot of them to be quite like I imagine them to be. Heheheh, it just fits.
