Ahaha I was trying to get it done before midnight for the exchange thing and I didn't get an idea for it until like ten last night ORZ. Then, as I finished and I refreshed my f-list someone else had already put one up. Which was kind of relieving, since I was half-out of my mind as I finished this, so probably all for the better. XD

It's from one of the gag reels for S5; I'm not sure what episode they're shooting exactly though, but it's from the second half of the season I'm pretty sure.

Absolutely beautiful, and so so canon ;________________; Maybe I'm being mean to the boys, but I do feel like the brothers sometimes take Cas for granted ._____. But I do like how you portray Cas interaction with the brothers, especially Dean, is what that keeps him going. Truly heartbreaking >_

Yeah, I kind of get pissed when last season, everything was STOP THE ANGELS FROM ENDING THE WORLD and then this season Dean and Sam are all "NO THAT'S NO LONGER A PRIORITY NOW YOU COME HELP US."

Poor Cas! It's like he's living S5 all over again except this time he has to do it by himself. o.o

Oh my gosh I got your pm and I'm so glad you sent it (it was not at all creepy btw lol) because this is so wonderful. Cas is so tired of fighting and his time with dean has changed him and he is fighting for dean and then the scene with the pie...it was so perfect, a little moment out of time and fighting and they were together and this story is so wonderful.

I can't believe I was so lucky to get two fills that are both completely different and wonderful!

Would it be alright with you if I podficced this story?

Oh, this was wonderful. Your description of the war Castiel is fighting is brutal,and something I wish they could get across in canon, because it really allowed us to see why Castiel is so weary when he talks about fighting for Heaven.

Cas's struggle to balance the 2 worlds is heartbreaking. One he has to be a part of, the other he wants to be a part of. I love his interaction with Dean,and the importance they put on each other's friendship. That came across very well. I love that Cas left the battle to go see Dean on his birthday....and brought him pie. :) Wonderful story.
