It took me a few days to fisnish this but. This is brilliant.

The literature based plot (even when a Literature Graduate like Koyama couldn't get it even if it bit him in the ass), the framed stories, the mentoring to the juniors, the member ai, foolish drunken times and EVERYTHING.

I just... this was so fantastic. I loved the story-within-story-within-story and am impressed at how you kept track of it all. XD I also love all the completely unsubtle fandom references and the ridiculousness of some of it (in the shake your head and laugh sort of way.) It was a huge and rather amazing project and I think you pulled it off impressively. Not to mention how entertaining it was, of course. <3 Amazing job.
