[chuckles] Went a little overboard in the gym. It's nothing. Just a strain.

[and here's Ken the cat wandering through the door, and stopping once he notices Zuko.

He pads over and sits down next to him with his poofy tail curled 'round his feet and meows.]

[Not so random! He's wearing a silver button tied around his neck with a rough white silk cord--it's got his name on the back of it.]
