My sympathies on the roof problem. If we'd had snows like this last winter, I wouldn't have slept a wink.

Thanks so much...I haven't been sleeping well honestly. And after yesterday's discovery of cracks in the rear exterior stucco? Let's just say buy stock in Kleenex now and make a bundle.
