Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do. Although I'm not sure what drives a man to put an empty automobile frame in the basket of his bike... but I'm sure it was important.

Woah! I haven't seen anyone carrying crazy big stuff like that, but in Thailand I often saw mopeds with a mom and 3 kids on it. Here you can get bike baby seats for the handle bars and for behind the main seat, so you often see Japanese people with two kids on their bike.
