So a few weeks ago, my boss told me I was doing a good job. Then, my other two bosses said I was doing a great job, too. I have to say, it felt really good to hear that. I hadn't really heard that while I was at Lilly from a direct boss, so to hear it so soon, felt (let's be honest) awesome.

Is this the generation Y/Z/Millennial in me? Loving warm fuzzies? Maybe. But who cares? I'm awesome!

What's not awesome? I don't think I've been doing so hot the past week. Gotta step it back up!
