Just tried to call and your number is wonky. Called Neph instead and sent you my best. You will be a GREAT mommy when the time is right.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

It sounds as though you should take a few hours and go to the Hot House in Capitol Hill. Spend some time soaking, steaming, and doing deep breathing. I highly recommend bringing or buying some special oil and rubbing it all over your body with special attention to the area of the pelvis above the uterus/bladder. Take a friend who can be supportive, and if you need it, give yourself time to grieve. A lot of the exhaustion comes from your body having spent a great deal of nutrients and energy in attempting to create a baby and then the loss of those nutrients/energies as well as a hormonal shift post-partum. You may not have given birth, but your hormones drop as if you did.

*big hugs* I know it's not easy for you. Just take it easy on yourself, go slowly, and give your body plent of extra rest and vitamins to help you through. I'm a big fan of extra B-vitamins and folic acid during such times.
