The Wife thought she had stumbled upon an egregious misspelling in a silly travel magazine - twice. Why? Simply because she had never read the word before. The word was "tony", and was used with both nearby Kirkland and Bellevue. Kirkland, according to a blurb, was a "tony burg"; Bellevue was a "tony town."
