Oh, crap. :X You could have a concussion, so it'd be smart to go back... But then again, that hospital is SHIT-TASTIC. Kit from bellydance had a killer migraine, and it got so stressful to her system that she nearly had a heart attack. They made her wait in the sitting room for THREE HOURS before they saw her, so good thing she DIDN'T have a heart attack. Morons. >.>
Yeah my dad came down from home and took me back, and they saw me right away and did a CT scan...but that took FOREVER to come back to we were just waiting and waiting and waiting...
And by the way, turns out I am fine. :) The headaches are just from knocking my head so hard on the floor.
Oh, well phew! I momentarily forgot you were an art major, but then I remembered you guys only have stools for the most part. :X I'm surprised someone didn't at least try and catch you. Then again, when I was in choir here some girl fainted in the row behind me, and fainted RIGHT beside me and I was just like... O_____O lol
My friend Katie was sitting right beside me. She said if she had looked a second earlier she could have caught me and stopped me from falling. Oh well lol.
I think I would act the same way if someone fainted next to me. I'd just be like 0_0 *STARE*
I got a concussion around Christmas time. If it's really bothering you, with that constant throbbing in your head feeling, then you really should go back. I know it sucks having to go out of your way and then wait in the hospital and do all the painfully boring stuff that the doctors want you to do (while waiting for their slow asses to tell you what to do), but it's better than finding out that you're bleeding in your skull or that you've cracked it or whatever.
But you should definitely rest. And stop falling off stools, woman! ♥
LOL. I have a mild concussion apparently. My dad took me back this evening and they did a CT scan. (Which they did not do when I went in on Monday...which is odd...) They told me I'm fine though. And they gave me narcotics! Yay drugs! lol.
YAY DRUGS! I'm glad it's nothing too crazy. You were definitely better off going.
And, awww, Ten! I just got into Doctor Who. I'm actually watching series three now and Martha is totally my favorite companion.
I was staying at my sisters house and woke up in the middle of the night to get some water. The entire house was dark and I wasn't too familiar with where the lightswitches are so I didn't bother with them and went straight for the fridge (there's a little lightswitch on it so I figured I'd use that when I got to it). Anyway, I ended up blacking out somehow on the way over out of the blue, smacked my head against the kitchen table, and woke up half an hour later with NO IDEA on where I was or what had happened. I had a HUGE bump on the side of my head and a pain in the ass ache that lasted for the following two weeks to boot. Nooot fun.
:D :D My friend Jenny and I are obsessed with Doctor Who right now. We watch it pretty much every single night. And Donna's my favorite. She's so snarky and ginger!
Wow, that's pretty intense. I was only out for a few seconds apparently, my friend tapped me and I came around. I bruised my jaw a bit though...kinda hurts to chew. >_<
So I agree with your friends and you need to go to the hospital. I don't care how long you wait or if you have to miss class. Don't make me come down there and drag you to the hospital 'cause I will!
