Great stuff, thank you! I especially love, "The Shire, much more so than any of the other realms is very personal for Tolkien, he tries to keep his story there as long as he possible can."

I, like TOlkien, wish there were more scenes in the Shire as well with the hobbits-- those were the light, carefree moments and it is quite a reflection of his childhood too since he modeled this after his rural countryside while growing up.
