Purpose and use of perfume compositions
The essence of the compositions: the reproduction of plant odors and the preparation of new complexes with completely unusual new odors not found in nature, carried out by mixing individual odorous substances and the possibility of varying their mixtures
Objective of the compositions (C) :
• C. evoke associative images of plants, the smell of which is clearly perceived by people, since the familiarity of mankind with pleasant smells occurs through the plant kingdom
• C. expressе some artistic idea with the help of one or more odorous substances, which in the presented combination (bouquet) sometimes resemble natural combinations of odors in nature or have only a distant resemblance to them
Purpose of the compositions:
• For direct use, usually in the form of solutions (perfumes, eau de toilette, colognes, etc.) Such compositions are called perfume compositions (or fine fragrance)
• As additions to various environments to give them a pleasant smell (perfumed cosmetics, air fresheners, etc.). In this case, the composition is called fragrances.
