They do, don't they? Both Hermione and Bellatrix are dominant in their own ways, so I totally understand why they both want to have the last word. :P

I hadn't ever considered this pairing but you've done such a good job with this story that I'm a believer. I do like the way that you've developed Bellatrix as a character and how you had her evolve in handling emotions from the first chapter to the end. It was an interesting ride--thanks for sharing.

That was really well done. I've always liked fic with an element of Stockholm syndrome but it's always dissatisfying, writers never seem to have the patience to carry it off or if they do, it's with an understandably dark tone. I'm impressed that you were able to write this convincingly. You used Sempor Amor effectively without overusing it, I never thought that it was a cheap way to get them together.

Great job all 'round. There's a lot of kinky B/H fic which is nice but yours is one of the only stories with any weight. Thanks for sharing!

I felt as though I had to mention Stockholm Syndrome because it was obviously going to be a factor for Hermione, and I didn't want to overdo it with Semper Amor and turn it into an unrealistic fluff fic.

Haha, I dread to think what a kinky Bellatrix/Hermione fic would be like if I wrote it... I'm not sure that would be one of my strong points. :P
