weight loss...

That seems to be the big thing with me right now. I Don't care how i do it. I would do anything to get skinny and the bad thing is, i mean it. Anything, starting tomorrow i will only drink a protien shake for breakfast and have water for lunch and whatever my mom cooks for supper a VERY LITTLE snack after school and that is it! Kelli...This is really scary...Your really scaring me..Please dont do that..as long as you lead a healthy life style your fine..and I KNOW ethan loves you the any way you are...and you really are perfect. Please dont start this because it could lead to anorexia and I dotn want that to happen. Just be happy with the way you are..and please dont chew me out for tellign you this I just dont want to see you get hurt because you're too awesome to even consider starving yourself. If you need anything..and I mean anything...just call me and we can talk because I'm really scared about what your saying. Just please...dont hurt your body...

Kelli, you know I love you, but when I read this it made me feel like I might need to cuss you out. And we all know I only cuss when I get mad. You better not starve yourself, and I mean it. Everything you said you would do could be anorexic. Protien shake for breakfast, water for lunch, 1 meal, and a tiny snack. That's not enought to eat. You need at least 3 meals a day. Girls are always self concious about they're selves and strive to be skinny. But guys don't care about the skinniest girls, and don't considerably like girls that are obssesed with how much they weigh. I'm 100% sure that I could prove that to you. You don't need to change yourself for Ethan. He loves you for who you are, and you are absolutely beautiful. Going on a diet and exercising is the proper way to lose weight. Not to barely eat anything. And also did you know that not eating food can also make you gain weight. I can also prove that.
