Aubreyad Song Fic Meme
We've had a lot of fun in December with the Christmas Calendar, and have an Anything Goes Meme waiting in the wings. But right now the comm is rather quiet, and we are all of us waiting for someone else to do something. So how about some spontaneous, uncomplicated song fic (or art) quickies?
Put your music player on shuffle. Listen to the first song it plays, all the way through, while trying to find inspiration for fic, drawing, photo, meta, vid,... in it. A single line of text, the overall atmosphere of the song, or even the video to it. ...Unless you feel uninspired, then just shuffle again, and again, until you've got your theme.
And then - use it! A two-liner or an epic, a stick figure or a Sistine-Chapellesque opus, it doesn't matter. This is supposed to be quick fun, but put all the time and work into this you want. Once you are done, post it! Leave a comment with your song and result (the actual work or a link) here so we all can enjoy it.
