New Year's Resolution

After much thinking, I've come up with my New Year's Resolution: Stop.Thinking.

I'm gonna try being one of those people who act first and think later...or not at all. See how it feels. Not gonna question, or or ponder, or wonder about anything I have to do or I want to do. Sounds good to me. We'll see how it works.

That sounds like a very good idea! But it's hard to shake the habit. Good luck!

(I once decided I was not going to worry about anything ever again. It lasted, oh, several days.)

LOLOL. I have a plan. I'll start trying to do at least a couple things a day without thinking. We'll see. Psychologists say that 28 days is enough to pick up a habit, so I'm ready to give it a try. I'll let you all know how it goes! :-)

LOLOL. Well I think I'll try to start writing again, instead of thinking about writing We'll see. When I asked my mum what she wanted from this new year she told me -and it's an old demand- that she wanted to read something I wrote. I expected that this job would give me experiences and ideas from which to draw inspiration, but until now I feel it's been kind the opposite. But then, as I've told you so many times, muses have to find one at work... :-)

ROTFL! YOu had me howling here, Dot. Do I detect a certain smug incredulity? Well, I said "I'm gona TRY" -try being the opeartive word here! LOLOL. But I'll be reporting progress or lackof.

Hang on there ( points to icon) it's only a couple weeks till spring?
