Way to go! Arnica gel is a sore body's best friend.

Eat a PB&J and an apple. That will fix ya! Congrats on the ride!

Thanks!
And I'm feeling a lot better already. My neck and upper back got the worst of it, but my legs are feeling better all the time. They should be good by tomorrow.
And PB&J sounds so good, I may just have it for dinner.

Wow! You did it! I'm so proud of you. I hope you love cycling as much as I do!

I'm so happy you have such great friends and a wonderful husband. Please make sure your friends stay connected and change the world. YOU can do it! No pressure!

I do love it. But I'm not getting on a bike for at least a week. Or until my hands stop being numb. Is that normal for my hands to be all wimpy?

Probably. Think of all the vibration they had to endure on the handle bars.

Good. I'm getting a massage on Wednesday. Should be nice. If I do this again, I'll schedule a massage before hand. Or schedule in time to get one at the finish line.

At 7 a.m. I was probably still somewhere in Seattle, with the other slow riders :-)
