By the way, I've just booked my tickets for a Saturday showing of Quantum of Solace. It'll be my first trip to the cinema in about two years. The last time I went was to see, er, Casino Royale.

Me too. I'm going to see it in a deluxe screen (given that the BBC is paying for me...). I've been to the cinema much less frequently over the past two years. The last film I saw was Dark Knight, which I entirely recommend you see, though I should also exhort you to see Batman Begins before it, which I also believe you've not yet seen.

I have high hopes for Quantum of Solace, so it had better not disappoint me...

Hi mate - hope that you are well.

Please can you write up a review of Quantum... having been to see it this evening would be really interested to see what you have to say about it..

Hope to catch up with you at some point - you coming to London any time this side of Christmas - we're probably looking at having a starfish Christmas party at some point?

A Quantum review is coming soon, promise!

I fully intend to come to London before Christmas. It will probably be some time in December, for I have another friend to visit too, and since I am now paying full whack for train fares I have to be economical :) Let me know if you plan anything definite re a starfish parté and I'll try and fit 'round it. Thanks dude.

Bex says 13th December is the date - will send out a proper email to all and sundry in due course. Naturally as we have space and a spare room you're welcome to stay if that helps (or just cos... ;-) )
