Recently dyddgu directed me to a wonderfully acerbic cite called Speak You're Branes, which essentially highlights the worst offenders on online "leave a comment" fora, particularly BBC Online's "Have your [probably racist] say" pages. Whoever runs the site then calls the culprit a "walrus minge" or something, which frankly never ceases to be amusing

Actually, this sounds like an excellent idea. I doubt that he'd agree with me on who would be "undesirable", though.

Indeed. Though I don't know how he expects a entire planet would be easier to control unlawful immigration to than a smallish country on Earth. Presumably it would be a really small planet with a population of one and surrounded by an impenetrable glass sphere. It would called "Boothion I".
