Crafting in Difficult Conditions

I used to collect rubber stamping and scrapbooking manuals like a good little addict. Somerset Studios, Visual Chronicles, Rubber Stamp Journal...I loved them. But after a while these 'manuals' started to frustrate me.

Aww, that's pretty neat. :)

I wish you mentioned this while you were in town because I have lots of wire and findings for earrings. I can send some if she wants? :)

Quiapo is the best place for such stuff. They have beads, metal findings, chains, etc. and they are not expensive (and I also found that they don't rust at all. They've been in storage for over a couple years now and they're still shiny). Your mom would go nuts.

Yeah, I should have. XD Thanks though.

Mom loves Quiapo! Our Central Market did use to have one or two places that were pretty complete though, as she really hates crowds. Sadly they seem to have disappeared or been 'globalised' (i.e. downgraded to a few common things and lots of crap off the boat fr China).
