Thanks. We are still a bit numb. First Andy Roberts and now Steve. All my closest friends are disappearing.

Jonathan passed on the very, very sad news, which is also horribly ironic, given that Steve had been looking after his dad. Deepest sympathies to all - though I'm sure all who knew Steve will have some memory of him that will raise a smile.
