And I guess he means the last scene where Fudge and peole come and Fudge goes all like "He's baaack!"

Sleazy and slimy? I don't really think Chris has an idea of Percy's character at all :( In OotP Percy was like that, but I don't think that's the character. Blind, power-hungry and a suck-up is Percy in a nut-shell, but sleazy? LOL.

I've had that feeling for ages. He's always talked about how awesome it would be if or when Percy rose to Voldemort's number two.

Yeah, but Rankin's always openly acknowledged that he likes playing villains and hopes Percy goes totally EVIL...
