I'm so glad you like it! <3 It swirled around in my head for a little bit, the people Moffat leaves behind and how they probably cope with it. The parallels were too good to pass up. (I'm hoping that someday there is a sequel to this fic where the Doctor & Sherlock show up in their friends' lives on the same day and get into a bunch of petty arguments, haha.)
you know, i almost responded to your tweeter about the read-through, but i couldn't quite make myself type 'reichenbach'. i'm glad this was a surprise. OH PONDS. OH JOHN. oh OW. this was so lovely. and exactly how John would be, and exactly how this would happen. ugh this is perfect.
I'm so glad you liked it! Although I am sorry that you cried at work, that sounds not-so-fun. /o\ And I am definitely hoping to write more about John & the Ponds!

This is touching and lovely and draws even better kinds of comparisons between the two stories than I initially was thinking about on initial watch.
Oh, John. ::hearts::

And she was right. This is absolutely wonderful and lovely and a beautiful look at the ones left behind.
