I see the scenery and interior pictures and I pretty much say to myself, "Self, I want that. I love the detail and the way the pictures look and the versatility." Then I read posts like these and I just say, "No fucking way. Sims 2 it is."

Most of my frustration is with the parent company and their ridiculous patch issues. The game itself is pretty solid and rarely freaks out or corrupts on me *knocks on monitor gently* but I try to avoid patches until I have to put them in because something always happens.

This time I guess even daring to hover over the click button was enough to cause my game to cry. I've reinstalled and I'm still getting crashing errors, but it's playable.

This is why I still play both myself...that and there are parts I love and parts I'm meh over on TS3 that TS2 can still give me. :D
