I have to say it was indeed extraordinarily fun. I've never seen such bizarre and outlandish bargaining in gameplay before. Some of the cards are amazing, too.
It did take three and a half hours, though.

I'm a bit confused by your post, however. Are you no longer in Burlington? Have you moved to one of the surrounding towns? If you were still in Burlington, I would've expected "five minute walk from the center of downtown Burlington" or something like that. The lack of specificity has made me wonder.
Also, I hope that it's easy to clean carpeting. Goodness knows how much I spill when I cook.
