Movies, in short.

I went to see Due Date on Friday. Don't do that. Not even Robert Downey Jr could make it worth it, though he was pretty.

I went to see RED last week -- definitely go see that. Not only was it entertaining, hilarious, and a pretty fucking awesome action move, but - GUYS, GUYS - when Helen Mirren has to switch from "Elegant, Formal Outfit" to " ( Read more... )

End of Due Date:
W: So I've figured out why they got along by the end. RDJ had stockholm syndrome.
B: Oh jeez, you're right.

I only ever read one issue of that comic, found in the masses of my sister's collection. I wish I'd read more.

Iron Man one features Pepper Potts running on steel mesh in 4 inch heels.

Hahaha, I actually watched that movie last night and we were all commenting on that very fact. Sounds like I will have to see Red, if only for the hiking boots!

After I saw Iron Man, my main review was "If Pepper Potts had told Agent Whathisface to wait one second, and then pulled a pair of sneakers -- or comfortable but attractive flats -- out of her trunk, I would have had no complaints about the movie."

(Well, that and "OH MY GOD, DID YOU SEE THE INDIANA JONES PREVIEW MARION IS IN IT NOTHING ELSE MATTERS THEIR LOVE IS TRUE" while people patted my hand indulgently.)

Oh, do go see it! Good entertainment, right there. XD

With my cat, I was initially worried that it might be a health issue, she was so reliable about falling off of things, but now I just appreciate it as one of her best qualities. :)

It looked like it would be when I saw the trailer. *makes plans for this week's paycheque*

The thing about cats is that they're very graceful, except when they aren't. Some of them get wiser about where to lay down or when to stretch as they get older... some don't. An early university roommate of mine had a cat who loved to sleep on the window ledge, and every time she fell asleep, she fell off. Since there was a dresser in front of the window, she kept getting stuck behind it. You'd think she'd learn... Your cat sounds less likely to have you moving furniture, and much cuter. ;3

RED was so awesome. I loved pretty much everyone and Helen Mirren was beyond perfect. Especially down to her boots. :)

High pitched dolphin noises in the theater. Also: "Did he just call you 'Bunny'?"
