Carlette and I went out to Barnes and Nobles today because I had a $25 gift certificate burning a hole in my purse and Carlette needed a calendar. Everyone else in Dayton decided to go to B&N as well; the place was mad-crowded!! What the heck

Barnes & Nobles & Walmarts

Barnes & Nobles is one of my favorite places. However I like Walmarts but there's always a lot of people. I find myself getting out of an isle with so many people in it and walking around them to get in. I was at Barnes & Nobles one time when there were a lot o people. They were talking loud and making so much noise that I was so surprise that they were in a bookstore.

I enjoy B&N, but I don't shop at Wal-Mart; I honestly believe they are destroying America.

I work in a library, and people shout across the room to their friends there all the time...*sigh*

Not a sash....a cape-like robe...like a queen would wear. It has two-fold benefit of more room for badges, and being queenly attire.

I can't keep Pixie from scratching the carpet and my couch :( I've tried spraying stuff on it, spraying her with a water bottle ... any suggestions? I'm way frustrated!

Do they have a scratching post anywhere? I had a smaller one for them, but they couldn't get a good grip on it, so they wouldn't use it. I also put catnip on the new one, to attract them to using it.
