I was rummaging through my pantry yesterday, looking for things that I could use in bentos, when I realized I already have a real bento box! I completely forgot it was gifted to me, and it's just been sitting in the pantry waiting for me to get started.

LOL! It is so much fun trying to think of things to put in the box and ways to arrange it. This bento was about 8 points, which is heavier than I usually go for lunch, but it was SO filling!

Not as much time as I'd thought! I made the rice on Wednesday and just put it in the fridge; it took an hour to make it yesterday, but today it was ready for me. I'd say the whole took about 15-20 minutes total to put together this morning.
