No truer fic was ever written. The first paragraph is genius character analysis, the second is beuatiful and romantic.

Thank you! I couldn't picture young Zuko being attracted to Mai without getting a peak of her softer side.

Awww, that was really sweet! I always wondered how Mai would react when she found out what happened to Zuko. I personally picture her shutting herself up in her room and crying because she doesn't want anyone to see her showing emotion.

Anyway, I really liked that.

lol, that definitely sounds more agreeable to Mai's character. Though I like that Mai reserves her emotional responses for Zuko, not even to Azula or Ty Lee. They may not be my favorite pairing, but they definitely intrigue me. x)

Same here. I prefer Zuko/Katara, but Zuko/Mai interests me, too. I just feel like it could've been executed better in the show.
