Oh the waves of grief
How well I know them. I've ridden these waves so much, you could say that I am a champion surfer.
Except it never gets any easier. Practice doesn't make perfect.
In the past 16 years I've gone to a funeral about once every two years. I've known 13 people who have passed away.
Doug is the 13th death in my life. I wish he wasn't.
