Oh, OH. This, just...um, wow. *flailing* I like that as a result of their intimacy Erik was in Charles's head, in a sense, as much as Charles was in Erik's. That suddenly Erik knew and understood 'everything' about Charles, like Charles said he knew everything about Erik at the CIA.

"I'm better. I'm in love. I think I have been since you wrapped your arms around me and I first heard your voice in my head. I can still feel you in here," Erik had said, tapping his temple. "And I want that, always."

I've been reading a lot of angst post-beach fics lately, where Erik is guarded and wears the helmet 24/7, so this line, and this moment where Erik's in love and WANTS Charles in his head....*squee* seriously, just lovely.

oh, I love this! I love stories where Charles' telepathy is seen to be just as much a burden on him as anyone else's powers are, and you wrote that perfectly! Plus, it was intense and hot and just... wow! :) Wonderful!

Thank you so much! I do think that Charles's gift is both a blessing and a curse, the same way everyone else's is. And I quibble a little with the idea that a young boy could have controlled it as easily as we see him do at the beginning of the movie.

Thus, this.

I really am thrilled that people are liking it.

Babylon 5! Exploration of Charles's powers! Concern and cuddling and knowing each other, in all sense of the word! So many fantastic things to love.

I shall restrict myself to only quoting one bit back at you (though I could quote more): "Are you sure you're all right?"

Oh I do love knowing what bits people like! And what has really got me chuffed is that everyone seems to be liking different bits of this for different reasons. That just thrills me.

Erik does occasionally know what to say to Charles, though in this, I think having Charles's soul mixed up with his had to have helped.

You know... I really need to get an XMFC icon or two.
