We're off to the wilds of Teesdale soon, which is ever so back-of-beyond, and as usual we'll be bearing an enormous turkey. Much as I dislike the idea of family as it usually goes, it's lovely to have a proxy family once a year. The camaraderie, the dinner, the crackers, the traditional post-prandial session in which my DB and xr8fordgirl savage relijjun in general and Creationists in particular...ah 'tis a beautiful thing :P
