hahaha no! singaporeans can read both languages! LOL! sometimes the dj also will read out the english part hahaha. or japanese part. but she duno jap. so must type like romaji and translate for her den she will read out i guess. the more basic stuffs haha. today she read out korekara mo yoroshiku onegaimasu. haha.
