For the most part, yes, though it is still no match against the strongest of glamors. If you ever find yourself fighting any of them, it would be best to try to repel them with iron.

If you would like to help defend the village against the fae, you can sign up for patrol shifts with the Watch. Preparations for the winter will begin soon, offering opportunities to help with hunting, skinning, cooking, and storage. You might also be able to assist with tasks at the infirmary.

These are only the first few ideas that come to mind. If any of them interest you, I can tell you whom to contact for the job.
