Yay rabbit :3 Make sure you socialize it a lot because they can get mean.
And don't feel bad about not being able to get a job. It's incredibly difficult to get jobs in the middle of summer. You might say impossible. UMass students have a shit time trying to get summer jobs because UMass gets out a week or two after every other school (sometimes as much as a month), so by the time we get home all the summer jobs are taken by other university students (there's actually a petition going around to make the UMass school year a regular one and not a crazy fucked up one, and that's one of the reasons).
Bunnies are really cute. They live a heck of a long time though. Tony has a rabbit. He was told it was a dwarf rabbit, and would stay tiny like a bunny. They lied. That rabbit is the size of a 2 year old, and he's had to keep it at his parents house because they have a big backyard rabbit cage to accommodate it. He used to take it for walks in the backyard on a leash, but it got really antisocial and would scratch really hard, so she stays in the cage. Her name is Dharma.
