Does anone know how one can actually get in touch with customer service at amazon.com? Because when I click the "Contact Us" link, I get to a page which says "Contact Us", but has no way of actually contacting them.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us?ie=UTF8 is working for me. There's the obligatory form to fill out &ct.

I got the following text at that link; is that the text you're getting?Unexpected E-mail From Amazon?
If you received an e-mail regarding an order you didn't place, the e-mail likely wasn't from Amazon.com. Please send the e-mail as an attachment to stop-spoofing@amazon.com. For more information, go to Report a Phishing or Spoofed E-mail.

On the same link I see this:

That's in Internet Explorer 11, but it's the same in Firefox (updated yesterday), Google Chrome, and Opera 12.

Did you ever get this sorted out?

I had to use the help forum (it concerned the Kindle being shown as in stock on the product page, and the order showing it would be shipped in two-three months).

The help-forum now also contains a thread about the "contact us"-page not working - seems this affects a number of countries, at least Belarus, Denmark, France, Latvia, Norway, Russia, and Sweden.
