Wow it's late

 I've been going to yoga for the last three weeks on Monday nights.  I'm really enjoying it.  I feel all stretched out and revitalised afterwards.  It's kinda funny thought, each evening we've been driving over i've seen a different animal walk out in front of the car.  The first night it was a fox, the next a hare and last night we saw a deer.  I ( Read more... )

I'd forgotten you did yoga. Every so often I stretch my spine - tucking my tummy and keeping my back straight. after a while I'm tucking my tummy so much I can't breathe any more. That's when I stop the stretch.

It's really cool, each week she makes us perfect things that little bit more. On Monday night she explained that you don't actually tuck in your tummy, you more tuck in you tail bone, and pull you pelvis up towards your sternum and roll the shoulders back, and draw your spine towards your ribs.... That's sounds so complicated but what i'm trying to say is relax you tummy and then try doing the stretch again.
