I ran a river this morning

I had a fantastic morning paddling down the Upper Caragh.  I've been a bit anxious about that river for some time now, I've just heard too many people talking about it, nothing bad just the usual talk, but it all sinks into ones subconsious.  It was at a nice scrapy level today.  i put quite a few scratches into Liams new boat.  I feel a little
