I think you're forgetting exactly whose company we've got the pleasure of here. For a lot of them, killing people for no good reason is the best goddamn way they can think of to pass time.

Seriously, I don't know what's going on. It's not a flood, we'd have felt it before the effects set in. Something happened in October last year that was driving people mad, but nothing as bad as that has happened again, not until now.
