Well, I went for an indoor run ~2:00 pm yesterday and the weather wasn't too hot. I decided that I could play for a while. Also, it briefly rained in the afternoon and the temperature dropped. Unfortunately, by the time we started to play the sun came back out.

I'm rested and rehydrated, but last night was tough. The two ibuprofen really helped!
