While I obviously don't have a problem with somebody not wanting to handle/sell a certain item because of their beliefs (well, not without going into a Dawkins-esque "Religion - ALL religion - has too strong a hold on the world" spiel, which believe me you don't want ;-) ), I agree that if you don't want to do that, you shouldn't get a job somewhere that sells it. And that's not me saying "Muslims shouldn't be allowed to work in M&S", either, obviously. But if your beliefs are SO STRONG that you can't even handle the stuff, then it severely inhibits your ability to do your job - and therefore, you're not suitable for the job, and shouldn't be hired to do it.
