So, I found a film festival that the moustache movie could work for and I was curious how much film festival licenses are for songs. It's supposed to be a reduced fee because your chances of winning any monetary prize of significance is slim. I found this application for subpop to try and get an idea of what the going rate is. use music in the public domain. i'm sure you could find something that would fit just as well as the music you have now [which i'm assuming was not recorded for your movie, since you're having rights issues and all]

the music i used is kind of fits really well (James Brown - It's a Man's World etc.)
