Lynne's from 2012 in her senior year. Usually, she can be found hanging out at the library, wondering aimessly around the city, attending writing club (if there is any, or news submission stuff) or hanging out in the lounge if she feels like being around people. Well, like I already said before, I can see Lynne and Lawrence becoming friends/achieving mutual level of comfortability (at least to the point that they can work together without chewing each other's heads off) prooooviiiiding they can sort out their differences first (that punch in the face went a long way for that /shot).

Aside from that, Lynne probably knows Heinrich, too, since Heinrich teaches seniors. She won't know about Lawrence and Heinrich, but she'll know of the man himself and might also be in his class.

As for Luna, it's a toss-up really. Lynne doesn't seem to be one of those people that she'd be entirely cautious of, but she won't be all that thrilled about talking to her either. In time, perhaps she might grow on her (or vice versa) and maybe somewhere down the line they could become friends.
