Great chapter. And very truthful about the hair. I dyed mine bright red (again) a couple weeks ago when school was freaking me out. I couldn't change school but I could change my hair.

The Sam/Chloe "bestest girlfriend" conversation was so CUTE - ah, our darling sweet and sensitive boy. Chloe is so lucky, don't you think? [You know, apart from the issues and the high probability of death in her profession].

And Chloe is pretty fortunate, given that there aren't a lot of hunters who die quietly of old age in bed.

NO! Not the pixie cut of the Lionel years! Don't you remember how one side was uneven for like 8 episodes. That bugged the crap out of me!
Anyhoo, Loved the topical debate of the underling hierarchy. So adorable, made me laugh out loud and that my friend is a feat of achievement. Can't wait for the next chapter and I can't wait to read the Christmas one during Christmas-y time! Yay.

I hated the pixie cut too. In fact, whenever I see Allison on the video she left Clark when she was blown up, I cringe at the haircut.

Which is part of the point, really.

This isn't about what I like. It's more about Chloe's coping mechanisms.

Plus? It's hair. It does grow out.

You read Seven stories O.O

I don't know which is more daunting, that you read seven stories, or that I wrote seven stories.

Chloe changes hairstyles the way some people change boyfriends. It's one of her things. And while I hate the too-short hair, she's just been through something drastic. In a sense, she's casting off major baggage.
