How quickly do you need the 80k beta'd?

No rush, really. I will be working on grammer and passive voice and things like that with a seperate editor. I am mostly interested in making sure that I get the details of the city right. I've done a lot of research, but I've never been to NYC.

I'm always tempted to write something every year. But I restrain myself because the fun of doing something that everyone else is doing is eclipsed by the mess that I end up with in December.
