Oh God! This was such a powerful chapter!! Well, they all are, but I mean really powerful!!

The visit from Sara went badly and Michael shunned Lincoln, which was incredibly painful!

Now he's out of gaol with no hope and no future and the memory of Lincoln's betrayal (and now Sara's too for visiting him because Lincoln asked her!) festering inside him.

Does this mean that LJ is the only one he can cling to in his mind?

Thanks and I'm rather sad now that michael has left the prison behind and no more chains....maybe he should break the conditions of his tagging and be back in trouble... or maybe I should just give the guy a break now!

It's really saddened me writing about this rift between Michael and Lincoln, I hope i can find a realistic way of mending some bridges!

Hey thanks for the lovely review Louise, the letters are explained in the next chapter, or at least they will be when I write it! I do love me angsty Michael, but I also need to find a way back for him now. I want a happy ending mushy as that may seem!

OMG yes, can you imagine those long beautiful fingers broken and twisted.....

I wonder how long Lincoln remained sober after driving back from the prison without michael. Even I'm surprised at how hardened michael has become. Lets hope we can fix that!
