I think LBH's Evil Novell BorderManager has finally cottoned on to Gmail :-( I can still see the list view, but the messages no longer open. Still, as I mainly get LJ notifications, and LJ is still here, apart from not being able to emither, I should manage to stay sane until I get the frell out of here.

Aw poo, that's no good! Why not circumnavigate the BorderManager software for now with an adapted GMail notifier that presents your incoming mail as WordPad documents? I know such things exist but, sadly, little enough about their workings to say how useful they could be to you here.

No good, alas, because the very same software is set to prevent new software being installed. Being caught surfing the net would get me a slap on the wrist, being caught installing software would get me a disciplinary.

Over the years, na_lon and I have evolved a method of joint writing over email in order to develop our roleplaying characters or fill in gaps between sessions or plots, while living in different towns. The name for it was invented by wryelle, I believe from a local dialect word for conversation ("mither"). We can get a bit obsessive at times...!
