Moral quandary

The lady (I can't bring myself to call her an organization, but I guess she's a 501c3) who gives me discount certificates on feral cat spay/neuters still has not cashed my check from January. I called her a month ago to make sure everything was ok and she said "I'm sure it's around here somewhere". I told her to let me know if she couldn't find it

My moral compass would tell me to make the extra effort and call the woman again. You never know how one deed effects another.

There's no doubt I have to call her again in order to get more certificates. I'm just bloody tired of being the most organized person in the room and spoon-feeding information to people. My boss, my accountant, my choreographers...I've had enough.
