Okay, so beyond the fact that I am amazed to see this, I really like this chapter. There's something about how Logan has to go to the Kanes to get rid of Troy.

After that, you know, I really loved that last moment with them. Veronica finally getting over whatever her issues were (with Logan) is something I'll never tire of.

Hopefully it won't take another long hiatus for the next chapter.

I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter. I struggled with a way for Logan to solve this problem, but knew that it would have to involve the Kanes in the long run just to give it a realistic, yet still difficult choice for him to make.

I love a Veronica who is not as jaded or untrusting as Veronica on the series was, but who still can stand up for herself and recognizes the good in Logan... which is probably why I write mostly season 1/pre-series fic since that's the only time you can get away with that type of Veronica.

I'm hoping I will be able to write another chapter during Christmas break, but we'll see how my time actually ends up being consumed during that vacation.

I feel like without Lilly's death and Veronica's rape she would not have been so angry, just not as pink as she seemed to be while she was with Duncan.

ITA. That's what I like best about this fic--the idea of Veronica still developing the feisty qualities we know and love, but only because Logan lets her be herself more than Duncan did.

I'm so glad you like my story! I really enjoyed Troy on the show but I needed a bad guy and it didn't feel right to make someone that was already their friend, like Dick or Cassidy, the bad guy at this point.

Thank you. I never really thought about them being unrealistic teens on the show but I guess it was because they had to deal with so many things that the average teen does not, that it made sense for them not to be carefree, innocent teens.

I'm so glad you updated...I just find this tonight and I immediately feel in love but I didn't see a link after chapter 9. Good thing I checked your page ;)

Anyways on to the actual feedback. I love how you tied in season 1 with Aaron going after Lilly and bringing in Troy. Oh and Dick coming to the rescue and blushing after Veronica hugged him = cute! And I'm glad Lynn actually got away from Aaron, I would have liked for that to happen on the show. Come back soon with an update!
